Summary

The plot revolves around a cunning teenage terrorist who is able to blackmail a number of businesses by planting home-made radio-controlled bombs in amusement parks' main attractions: roller coasters.

After the police hand him the money, the young man played by Tom gives them a hard time. He then seeks vengeance by planting a bomb in a roller coaster at the year's most major amusement park event.

Story begins after one of its members witnessed a political crime, the motorcycle gang became the target of a string of killings, prompting police to join their ranks to determine who was responsible.
